Project Description
The “Estia Konstantinoupoleos” is an Elderly Care Unit in Palaia Fokaia, 500m from the seaside. It is a 100-bed unit based on a 5.500 sq.m. land plot in a natural setting. The renovation project included both common and private areas. Facades , main reception hall, hallways and rooms were redesigned in a budget-conscious way.
The project was carried out in just 4 months time.
