Project Description
The approx. 450 sq.m. private residence was originally designed back in the 80’s for a single owner in a classic style.
The idea was to explore the house’s potential for a new owner aiming for a modern-classic approach. The basis of the design remained on a study level and focused on small-scale intervenions and major soft-decoration proposals.
The property was finally sold without any interventions in September 2023.
