The small corner land plot (313 sq.m.) is located in Chalandri, close to Attica Road, in a neighborhood with a natural feel due to large open areas. This ground-up 190 sq.m. private residence was designed in 2 levels with a double-height central space and a metal mezzanine. Construction methodology aimed towards a all-concrete ICF type of construction for optimizing implementation timeframe and maximizing seismic resistance.

The construction is due to start in May 2024.
