The project was a collaboration of Kaba Architects and Harry Papaioannou & Associates. The client request was of a 3-level house with a spacious garden. The idea was to combine modern clean cut style with a japanese twist; the flow was extremely important. The interplay of the outdoor spaces and landscape design elements with a transparent lucid interior produced a unique whole. Strong axial elements direct our views to a robust facade wall with linear scars and a hyge library acts like a borderline of characters and limits the indoor spaces. Gardens mingle with a narrow swimming pool, ideal for daily swimming practice.

The preliminary study was completed in July 2025.
