The very narrow plot is located on the waterfront right next to Aenaon Park, that brings the city together with the sea. The challenge here would be to take full advantage of the perfect view. We proposed three separate apartments in 6 levels, two of which maintain a small balcony pool. Each apartment is opened up to the 180 degree view in such a way that the sunset literally intrudes the apartment.
