The famous Casino Loutraki aims for a gradual full-scale renovation in order to change its clientelle target group and achieving a new character.

We undertook the preliminary architectural study as a first step to realisation. The Casino is fully operational the whole year through; the renovation has to be realised in a very short time maintaining the electromechanical infrastructure. This results to a very limited height clearance in which all sound and security systems have to be combined. The deisign strategy was aligned with all height and istallation restriction.

The preliminary architectural study area was limited to approximately 1.100 sq.m.
