The client request was about changing completely the whole seafront of this 150.000 sq.m. summer hotel resort in just 4 months time in order to offer a totally new experience. The pier,  a pool bar and a beach bar, 2 sea-front restaurants, a total reconstruction of the main restaurant  and a completely new swimming pool were the focal point of our study.  We chose to uniform several spaces, to simplify vegetation parts and introduce a modern contemporary style. Careful lighting design and choice of materials would enhance guest experience and manage maintenance cost. Main restaurant façade was redesigned to promote a clean-cut minimal feeling. Landscape architecture was integrated for the very beginning in all aspects (flooring, planting, irrigation, etc.) to achieve the modern ambience. A set of custom-made metal pergolas was designed for the whole seafront.

The project was designed for implementation in two separate phases: phase 1 completion in May 2022 and phase 2 in May 2024.
