Project Description
In just 4 months time, the seafront of this 150.000 sq.m. summer hotel resort had to change completely in order to offer a totally new experience in a modern contemporary style. The pier, a pool bar and a beach bar, 2 sea-front restaurants, a total reconstruction of the main restaurant and a completely new swimming pool were the focal point of our study. The project was carried out in two phases: phase 1 completion in May 2022 and phase 2 in may 2023. Façade redesign and landscape architecture followed achieving a modern style new ambience.
