A spacious apartment of approx. 150 sq.m located on the second floor of a typical 1980’s aprtment building, was our challenge for a full scale renovation. The spatial arrangement together with a typical 80s longitudinal structure requested a major refurbishment. Our idea was to to open-up the kitchen to produce a uniform, fluid space and therefore  stress the openness. In order to optimize internal clima, we installed a heat pump with a set of a whole new piping and built a second shell with plasterboard. All bathrooms were designed to provide a feeling of spaciousness and luxury. Large dimension tiles were combined with hidden LED stripes.

The project  was delivered in Septenber 2025.
