Rehabilitation Center

The approx. 25.000 sq.m. rehabilitation center in Koropi (East Attica region) was originally built in 2004 in 4 levels.

Creating a separate children’s clinic and maintaining separate units for in-patients and out-patients was of critical importance; a renovation project was launched to improve daily operation.

The renovation plan involved approx. 2.500 sq.m. in 3 levels (ground floor, first floor, basement).

Gym areas, robotics, doctor’s offices, lecture rooms, etc. were rearranged in order to make separate sub-units self-sustainable.

A new building permit was issued and construction commenced. The project is scheduled to be complete by April 2023.
