Between 2014 and 2019, Stanley hotel has undergone a series of transformations. The hotel is located in Metaxourgeio, right in the center of Athens and consists of approx. 20.000 sq.m on 9 floors and 4 basement levels. At first, our office was commissioned to explore and organize  all 9 different building permits that were issued for the past 20 years and set up a design strategy for all future renovations. Different design strategies were set for every floor and room types. The first pilot room was designed in 2014 and the last renovations were done in 2019. Our team undertook the hotel’s complete makeover and licencing for all 385 rooms, main restaurant, conference halls and façades. Lighting design & Project management was also carried out to form the new hotel concept.
