Project Description
The 420 sq.m. land plot at the very center of Voula was designed to provide 4 separate apartments in luxurious style and maximum privacy.
The site analysis and commercial value resulted in setting the layout for every apartment. The ground floor apartment, as well as the rooftop penthouse enjoys a private swimming pool.
The preliminary study lasted 2 months and the project is on the way to implementation.
