“Mr.Poteto” is a new concept in street food focusing on potato products such as baked potatoes, fried potatoes etc. The design brief requested to create this concept – to come up with a pilot restaurant which would be developed into a chain of restaurants throughout Greece. The “flagship” / pilot restaurant is located in Glyfada, on a corner property and therefore is a focal point to all passers-by. The restaurant is mostly an outdoor space – no room for indoor seating is provided. Kitchen is located in the basement whereas all secondary spaces are located on the mezzanine level.

The idea was to create something fresh with a strong ecological feel. Our concept was a tree, positioned right in the middle, like the Tree of Creation, providing a reference to new product proposals and tastes. The project started of on January 2025 and the aim was for on an opening in April, so design followed construction.
