Project Description
The approx. 1.200 sq.m. plot in Aeolos, East Attica region is located right by the sea facing a fantastic sunset over on Saronic Gulf.
The two existing summer houses were originally built in the early 80’s. An existing swimming pool was placed in front of one of the houses.
The idea was to relocate the pool and take advantage of the sloped relief in order to improve the surrounding garden and find a better solution for the parking space. The design strategy aimed towards a Tuscany style featuring earthy materials and pastel colours.
The overall design is presented in both 2-D drawings and 3-D visuals, mostly computer generated.
The whole roject is now under construction and expected to be complete by the end of 2022.
