Project Description
The approx. 4.000 sq.m. land plot in Spetses island holds an amazing view to Costa and Hydra island.
As it is surrounded by existing buildings and has an inclined relief, the first step was a careful site analysis. Based on the detailed site plan, we visited several times in order to carefully index all landscape features. The landscape analysis was based on the Layer Cake method. Among others, perceptual units, visual qualities, aesthetics and hydrology were identified in order to set up our strategy for the master plan.
The overall design is presented in both 2-D drawings and 3-D visuals, mostly sketches (in the preliminary phase).
The study is completed by a set of proposed materials and feel on a mood board.
