The already existing twin residences, each with an approx. 350 sq.m. coverage were built with a single entrance. The aim was to guide the visitor to each house avoiding confusion and ensuring a clear spatial identity. The classic style on the building guided the garden design style. Clear circulation patterns and focal point on each itinerary aided the final layout. Two separate swimming pools -one for each house- were arranged in such a way to maintain privacy for every family.
