The 3.100 sq.m. land plot located in Politeia, the northern suburb of Athens, was designed on the same style as the existing 1.500sq.m. house originally designed by the famous architect N.Valsamakis. The land plot had a significant 10m drop on a sloped surface. A set of pergolas and a barbeque were developed around the main swimming pool and the slope was formed in cascading terraces, making sure the view is always free. A clean-cut modern style was applied in a minimal material palette.
